The Registration Fee for participants includes:
- Participation in plenary and parallel sessions.
- Congress documents (Book of Abstracts, CD of the Papers)
- Welcome drink & registration at Hotel Bristol on Monday 8th November
- Coffee breaks during the Congress
- Official reception (Gala Dinner) on Wednesday 10th November
Both the “Student” fee and the "One day" fee do not include the Gala Dinner.
Accompanying Persons' fee includes the Welcome Drink and the Gala Dinner.
The students' fee and the “One day” fee includes the Congress documents and the coffee breaks.
The registration fee does not include the lunch.

Cancellation
- If written notification of cancellation is received by Congress secretariat before 15th October 2010, a cancellation fee of 100 euros (incl. VAT) will be applied and invoiced.
- After 15th October, no cancellation is possible and the full registration fee will be invoiced.
- Substitution of delegate is possible, upon written notification and acceptance by the Congress Secretariat.
